After a second straight offseason of flirting with NFL teams, Oregon head coach Chip Kelly has decided to return to the school. ESPN reports Kelly has decided to stay with the Ducks instead of joining the Eagles as their head coach. Philadelphia and Cleveland were the two teams linked most to Kelly. Last year, he almost left Oregon to become the head man with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kelly is 46-and-7 in four years with the Ducks. Oregon went 12-and-1 this season, finishing the year with a win over Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl.
