Lynnette Fink, 23, Urbana, was issued a citation for speeding 61 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Fink was issued a promise to comply and was released.

 

Douglas Sullivan, 48, Wheaton, was issued a citation for speeding 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Sullivan posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Marketa Whittinghill, 34, Bloomington, was issued a citation for speeding 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Whittinghill posted her IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Ashley Brown, 26, Warrensburg, was issued a Citation for speeding 79 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Brown posted her IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

James Gordon, 23, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence. Gordon was issued citations for Driving while license suspended, Operating uninsured vehicle and 3 counts driving under the influence. Gordon posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Brittany Lord, 22, Clinton was arrested and charged with Agg Battery/ Public Place and Contempt of Court. Lord unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the Dewitt County Jail.

 

Bradley Morrow, 22, Clinton was arrested and charged with contempt of Court. Morrow posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Duane Boyer, 72, Bloomington was arrested and charged with Aggravated DUI. Boyer unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the Dewitt County Jail.

 

Johnny Lowe, 36, Clinton, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Failure to Pay or Appear. Lowe posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Jayson Rodgers, 27, Maroa, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Failure to Pay or Appear. Rodgers posted the necessary bond and was released.
