Trade talks involving Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Justin Upton are heating up again.  CBSSports.com reports the D'backs are in talks with Atlanta and that the Braves have offered a strong package of players in return.  Arizona is also reportedly talking about a possible deal that would instead send outfielder Jason Kubel [[ KOO-bull ]] to the Baltimore Orioles.  The D'backs had a deal for Upton worked out with Seattle, but he declined to waive his no-trade clause to go to the Mariners.  Atlanta is not one of the four teams on Upton's no-trade list and brother B.J. Upton now plays for the Braves.
