Dr. Phil has reportedly landed the first TV interview with the man believed to be behind the Manti Te'o [[ MAN-tye  TAY-oh ]] girlfriend hoax.  Sources tell TMZ.com TV counselor Phil McGraw sat down with Ronaiah Tuiasosopo [[ Roe-NYE-ah  TOO-ee-ah-sah-SO-poh ]] for several hours Thursday in Los Angeles where they discussed Te'o's interview with Katie Couric.  The interview is expected to air sometime this week.
