Heather Kahsen, 39, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Driving on Suspended License. Kahsen posted the necessary bond and was released.

Clinton Tharp, 25, Farmer City, was issued a citation for Illegal Transportation Alcohol. Tharp posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

David Johnson, 26, Bellflower, was issued a citation for Illegal Transportation Alcohol. Johnson was issued a notice to appear and was released.
