ESPNNewYork.com cites a source with close ties to "A-Rod" as saying he has no plans to retire. The three-time American League MVP is said to be working hard on his rehab in an effort to return to the field as soon as possible. Rodriguez is expected to be out until after the All-Star break. Earlier this week, the "Miami New Times" reported that "A-Rod" is on the client list of a Miami clinic suspected of selling performance-enhancing drugs. That led to a report the Yankees are looking to void the final five years on his contract, and speculation Rodriguez may have played his last game as a Yankee.
