Todd Crozier, 42, Champaign, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Failure to Pay or Appear/ Admin Fees. Crozier posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Colton Alexander, 19, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Alexander was also issued citations for failure to signal when required and operating uninsured vehicle.Alexander posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Wesley Holloway, 20, Bloomingotn, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Holloway posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Franklin Senters, 39, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Senters unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

 

Jeremy Cyrulik, 41, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding 88 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Cyrulik posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Michael Valoon, 22, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding 63 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Valoon posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

 

 

Investigation into the scene of a accident which occurred at 12:59 pm on 1/22/13 revealed that Ashley Holmes, 23, Kenney, was traveling west bound on Sunset Drive. Holmes looked down inside the vehicle and left roadway striking a utility pole. Holmes had a dog getting sick in the vehicle, causing a distraction. The vehicle had major damage to the front passenger side. The vehicle was towed by Kathy’s Towing. Holmes had no visible signs of injuries and did not report any at the scene. No citations were issued.

 

Investigation into the scene of a accident which occurred at 2:24 pm on 1/23/13 revealed that Clint Rabbe, 28, Normal was traveling north bound on Leroy Road when both passenger side tires left the blacktop and touched the soft gravel on the east side of the road. Rabbe stated he over corrected the vehicle and swerved across both lanes of traffic into the soft gravel on the west side of the road. Rabbe then attempted to correct the vehicle again, ultimately losing control and swerving into the ditch on the east side of Leroy Road. Upon impact, the vehicle rolled side over side into a grassy area. Farmer City Arrow Ambulance also responded to the accident. Rabbe claimed no injuries and signed a refusal of treatment form. His vehicle was towed from the scene by Quinn’s Towing per his request. Rabbe was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy as a result of the accident. Rabbe was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/ Accident. Rabbe posted his IL Driver’s License and was released.

 

Scott Goodman, 60, Lincoln was issued a citation for operating uninsured vehicle. Goodman posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.
