Congressman Davis Feels President's State of the Union Address 'An Improvement'

Congressman Rodney Davis was in Washington Tuesday night for President Obama's State of the Union Address, and felt the speech was an improvement.

The Congressman says the delivery of the speech, as usual with this President, was an A. While Congressman Davis says the President addressed major issues, he says the problem is there is never any proposals on what President Obama hopes to get accomplished.
