Candi Vonbehren, 50, Blue Mound, was issued a citation for Speeding 61 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone. Vonbehren posted a Bond Card and was released.

P Daniel Beal, 45, Champaign, was issued a citation for Speeding 70 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Beal posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.
