Twenty-six Illinois students have been named to the All-State Academic Team sponsored by Caterpillar.

The Illinois High School Association announced the winners of the top academic honor on Monday. Team members will be honored at a banquet in Bloomington on April 15.

The winners include Adam Auten of Monticello, Sarah Bell from Bloomington Central Catholic, and Bradley Dulee of Normal U-High.

Schools were invited to nominate one female and one male student by the February deadline. Nominees needed to have at least a 3.5 grade point average, participated in at least two other activities or sports sponsored by IHSA and demonstrated leadership.
