State Representative Mike Bost says Illinois is a joke to other states.

In reality, Illinois has one of the worst financial situations in the nation. The state has about a hundred billion dollars in unfunded pension liability. The last two governors are serving prison terms for corruption. And Illinois is the only state in the nation that doesn't allow people to carry guns in public.
