The Life Center for Indenpendent Living in Bloomington is providing a unique program for those with vision problems.

The program is geared toward people over the age of 55 who have severe vision loss. Kim Tarkowski, with the Center, is in charge of the Low Vision Support Group, explains individuals who participate do not have to be legally blind.
