Rory Polk, 30, Bloomington was issued Citations for Illegal Transportation Alcohol, No Valid Driver’s License and 3 Counts Driving Under Influence of Alcohol. Polk was arrested and charged with Driving Under Influence Alcohol. Polk posted the necessary bond and was released.
