ISU Football Goes Through First Two-A-Day

 width=After a long day of media interviews and practice on Monday, the Illinois State football returned to the Hancock Stadium turf early Tuesday morning for the first of two practices on the day. After the morning practice in shoulder pads and helmets, the team returned to the stadium at for a fully-padded workout under the lights.

During both workouts, the Redbirds were greeted with clear skies and cool temperatures, something most of the veteran players were not used to at this time of camp. Head coach Brock Spack was impressed with his team's resolve after the long day.
