DJWH Goes Live With Donated Message Center

width=Monday, leaders from the Dr. John Warner Hospital gathered on the lawn off of Van Buren to officially go live with their new electronic message board.

The message board was made possible through funds raised from the Dr. John Warner Hospital Foundation, the non-profit fundraising arm of the city-owned hospital. President of the Foundation Dixie Walden thanks all those who donated to their recent mailing drive. She feels the message center will better aid in exposing the services of the DJWH.

Director of Support Services for the hospital Terrence Hubbard thanked Walden and the Hospital Foundation for the donation and for their continued support to the city owned hospital and it's facilities.

The message center's construction was actually completed a few weeks ago, however, because of training staff on how to use the message board, the signage did not go live until Monday.

Several Hospital Foundation Board members attended the unveiling along with new CEO Bob Wolleben.
