Over Two Dozen Farmer City Vehicles Burglarized Thursday Morning

 width=The Farmer City Police Department and the DeWitt County Sheriff's office are investigating a rash of crimes that occured in the early morning hours Thursday.

According to DeWitt County Sheriff, Jered Shofner, over 25 vehicles were burglarized in Farmer City between midnight and 7 am Thursday morning. Several GPS units among many electronic devices were stolen along with many vehicles being vandalized. The acts of vandalism included keying of paint and slashing of tires
