Bears, Rams, Pack Back To Preseason Action

(Seattle, WA) -- The Bears turn to their road portion of the preseason tonight. Chicago is at the reigning Super Bowl champion Seahawks on NFL Network. The Bears are 2-and-0 so far with wins over Philly and Jacksonville. Seattle is 1-and-1 in exhibition play.

(Green Bay, WI) -- The Packers host the Oakland Raiders tonight in their preseason home opener at Lambeau Field. Green Bay is 1-and-1 so far in exhibition play following last Saturday's 21-7 win in St. Louis. Oakland is also 1-and-1. After tonight, the Chiefs come to town next Thursday in the preseason finale. The Packers begin the regular season on September 4th at Seattle.

(Cleveland, OH) -- The Rams will try again for their first preseason win tomorrow night in Cleveland against the Browns. St. Louis is 0-and-2 thus far, with losses to the Saints and Packers. Week Three of the preseason is typically where the starters play into the third quarter. Saturday's kickoff is at 7 p.m.

(Undated) -- The numbers are out on the non-binding bids for the Buffalo Bills. CBSSports.com says Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula placed the highest bid of 890-million-dollars, well below the estimated value of the NFL team. "Forbes" released its NFL team values earlier in the week and had the Bills worth 935-million. The group headlined by Jon Bon Jovi placed an 820-million-dollar bid. Donald Trump's bid was 809-million. Binding bids will be coming in over the next few weeks with the NFL to vote on a potential sale in October.
