At approximately 5:30pm Saturday evening, the Clinton Police Department along with Dewitt County EMS and Clinton Fire Dept, repsonded to 101 Aspen Drive to investigate the report of an unresponsive victim. Subsequent investigation by Clinton PD and the Dewitt County Coroner, Randy Rice, revealed a deceased juvenile male.

Clinton Police Chief Ben Lowers indicates the investigation has been turned over to the coroner's office.

Due to the sensitive nature of the circumstances and a juvenile victim, Clinton Police do not intend to release the name or any further details of the incident at this time.

Coronor records indicate 17-year old Evan Workman of Clinton, passed away Saturday evening. A phone call to Conoror Randy Rice did not get immediately returned.
