Quinn says Rauner wanted to dish out campaign cash to any Republican rep who voted against the pension deal but Rauner adamantly denies that claim. And House Leader Jim Durkin denies that claim, calling it an outrageous lie and a new low from Governor Quinn. Republicans say Quinn is desperate to deflect attention off of the fact that he's under federal investigation. And, they say Quinn is the one who offers bribes for votes. They point to former state reps Careen Gordon and Bob Flider, who both got high paying state jobs after voting in favor of the income tax hike in 2011.
