Apple And Pork Festival A Big Hit

With the 46th Annual Clinton Apple and Pork Festival coming to an end, nobody can say they left hungry or unsatisified. With many tents and vendors lining up and down Center St. and many more on the C.H. Moore Homestead grounds, there was much entertainment there to gather people from all across the country.

Larry Buss, Manager of the C.H. Moore Homestead, was in attendance. One thing Larry discussed most was that even though it's always fun to have people out and about on the grounds, he cares most about the money that comes in to help the Homestead.

Clinton Police Cheif Ben Lowers was also there to monitor the festival, which he said was made easy because there were no major problems this year. When asked what the grand total would be this year, Lowers said he it had alot to do with things like the weather.

The Clinton Apple Pork Festival always brings in big numbers and this year was no different.
