DeWitt County Human Resource Center Falls Short In Bid For Technology Upgrades

A local non-profit who was a part of a sweepstakes to receive major improvements to it's technology fell short in it's bid.

The DeWitt County Human Resource Center was the focus of an annual sweepstakes through the technology company, RK Dixon. According to Executive Director Lynn Scoville, the sweepstakes would have provided much needed upgrades to their technology, however their bid fell short this summer.

Despite falling short on the bid for a sizable first place prize, Scoville indicates they will be working with RK Dixon for an updated printer to their main office. She feels any upgrades are welcome to their technology collection, as it is very dated.

Scovill thanks the community and those supporters of HRC who took time to vote in the online process and helped to make their video clip that is on YouTube.
