Crude oil prices are the lowest in four years, and they could keep falling. British crude fell to 88 dollars a barrel in London trading today, and Saudi Arabia has said it can accept prices as low as 80-dollars a barrel. Kuwait's oil minister said on Sunday that OPEC is not likely to cut production to keep prices up.
