Republican candidate for governor Bruce Rauner says Governor Quinn has failed the African American community.

During a debate in Chicago last night, Rauner said he'll use his business savvy to bring jobs to Illinois and get the economy back on track. He recently donated a-million-bucks to a credit union on Chicago's south side. He says he hopes the money will be used to spur entrepreneurship and growth in communities that need it most.
