The Cerro Gordo Bement Broncos hit the road tonight for the first of two of the biggest games on their schedule.
Sitting at 3-4 on the season, the Broncos are going to need to win tonight at 7-0 Arcola and then at Maroa-Forsyth next Friday to qualify for the playoffs.
The Broncos are coming off a dominant 60-32 victory last Friday against Argenta-Oreana. Arcola has scored no less than 40 points in each of their seven wins and hasn't played a game within two touchdowns.

After a tough week 7 19-13 loss to Warrensburg-Latham, the Clinton Maroons will miss the playoffs once again, and will miss the playoffs for the tenth consecutive year.
Tonight the Maroons play host Meridian. Both teams enter with a 2-5 overall record and are 1-4 in their first year in the Central Illinois Conference.
