A man who's running for state representative says the voting machine he used at the Schaumburg Library cast the wrong ballot. Republican Jim Moynihan says he was disturbed by what he saw.

Moynihan was eventually able to cast a Republican ballot but it turns out the machine wasn't properly calibrated. He says he was notified about four hours later that it had been taken out of service. He's urging people to check, and check again, before hitting submit on the digital machines. Moynihan trying to unseat Representative Michelle Mussman in the 56th District.
