Blues Return Home Tonight

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Blues and Devils play the back end of their home-and-home matchup tonight at Scottrade Center. The Blues blanked the Devils 1-0 Tuesday in New Jersey behind a goal from Vladimir Tarasenko and 26 saves from Jake Allen. It was their sixth straight win since a 2-3-and-1 start.

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Blues hope to have center Paul Stastny [[ STASS-nee ]] back in the lineup soon. He's been sidelined since October 18th with an injured shoulder. He had his first contact session on Monday. Head coach Ken Hitchcock says Stastny is days away at this point, not weeks.

(New York, NY) -- Derick Brassard hit the game-winner early in overtime to lift the Rangers to a 4-3 win over the Red Wings at Madison Square Garden. Lee Stempniak scored midway through the third to give the Rangers a one-goal lead, but Tomas Tatar found the back of the net on a power play with 7.7-seconds left in the third to tie it at three-all. Rick Nash scored his 10th goal of the season for New York, which snapped a two-game skid. Henrik Lundqvist made 25 saves in the win. Jakub Kindl [[ YA-cub KIN-dull ]] and Daniel Cleary scored 13 seconds apart in the second to tie the game at two for Detroit, which has lost three straight. Jonas Gustavsson had 26 saves in the loss.
