NYU Nutrionist Encourages Smart, Healthy Dieting

He explains going cold turkey and completely cutting certain foods out of your daily meals can be harmful to your health. Nutrients such as calcium and certain fatty vitamins should be a part of daily diets and mixed with plenty of plant-based vitamins.
