Robert Morris beats Bradley

Junior-college transfer Rodney Pryor came off the bench to pour in 26 points to lead Robert Morris past Bradley 68-61 on Wednesday night.

Pryor had three clutch baskets, including two 3-pointers, and a pair of free throws in the final 4 minutes as the Colonials (1-2) held on after letting most of an 11-point lead slip away. Lucky Jones added 17 points.

Robert Morris was up 54-43 after a Marcquise Reed jumper at 6:32 but the Braves (0-2) stormed back behind reserve Warren Jones, who had 24 points, to get within one.

After Jones missed a 3, Pryor hit one. Pryor finished 7 of 8 from the field, making 6 of 7 3-pointers and all six of his free throws. Pryor had 14 points in his first two games with the Colonials.

Robert Morris made 23 of 33 free throws to 14 of 27 for the Braves. width=
