Police Say Men Steal $23-thousand in Clothes in Peoria

Police say four men have stolen at least $23,000 worth of designer jeans and leather jackets from a Peoria store in a span of two minutes.

Reports indicate police say security footage showed the four men wearing hoodies and gloves breaking a window and entering Starz Beauty and Fashion early Monday.

Police say the men stuffed about two dozen leather jackets worth $1,000 each into plastic bags. They say the burglars broke a glass case with a brick and took six pairs of designer jeans worth about $500 each.

Police say the footage shows the men exiting the store through the same window they had broken just two minutes earlier.

No arrests have been made.
