Prices are lower at the pump than they've been in years and may continue to drop.  OPEC decided not to cut oil production at its meeting Thursday in Austria.  Earlier indications that would be the case had already driven oil prices to their lowest levels in four years in trading on European and Asian markets.  American stock markets are closed for Thanksgiving.  Oil is down about 30 percent a barrel from where it was in June when OPEC last met.
