Baker looked down to see who called and missed the stop sign at the T-Intersection of County Highway 16 and County Highway 10. The vehicle crossed over County Highway 10 into the ditch on the side of County Highway 10. There were no injuries reported. Baker was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Abrahim Quaigi. 37, Springfield was issued a Citation for Speeding 74 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Quaigh was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.
