About eight out of ten people say they get stressed during the holiday season. Psychologist Doctor Mike McKee with the Cleveland Clinic says two things cause the most amount of stress this time of year.
Dr. McKee adds there are some things you can do if you start feeling overwhelmed during the holidays.
Stress can cause fatigue and irritability and can lead to overeating, drinking and even depression. Doctor McKee recommends planning out the holidays and trying to focus on the positives to help get you through the next month or so.
