(Chicago, IL) -- The White Sox have officially announced a one-year contract with utilityman Emilio Bonifacio. The deal is worth three-million-dollars with a one-million-dollar buyout and a four-million-dollar option for 2016. He hit .259 with three homers, 24 RBI and 26 steals in 110 games with the Braves and Cubs last season.

(Undated) -- The Cubs have sold the naming rights to their spring training ballpark in Mesa, Arizona. They will be playing at Sloan Park after the Sloan Valve Company purchased the rights. This will be the second season at the new facility.
