(New York, NY) -- It hasn't gone as expected for Knicks president Phil Jackson in his first year in charge of the basketball operations department. New York is a league-worst 5-and-35 with a team Jackson thought would compete for a playoff spot. The "Zen Master" said the struggles of the team are on him when he met with the media on Saturday. Jackson recently traded wings Iman Shumpert and J.R. Smith to continue to flesh out the rebuilding process. They didn't get anything in return besides a 2019 second-round pick. New York has lost a franchise-record 15 straight games. The Knicks face the Bucks in London on Thursday.
