The Illinois Corn Growers Association is hosting a telephone town hall call and a series of three webinars the last week of January to assist Illinois corn farmers in the process of signing up for the new farm bill.

The meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, January 28 at 11am. and 7pm. Then again Thursday, January 29 at 7 am.

Each webinar will cover the decisions to keep or update yields, retain or reallocate base acres, and choose a program to receive commodity program payments.

Commodity program choices are Agricultural Risk Coverage at the county level (ARC-CO), Price Loss Coverage (PLC), and ARC at the individual farm level (ARC-IC)..

Advanced registration is required for the webinar of choice. Those attending the webinar will view the presentation on their computer and dial in with a telephone to hear the presenters.
