(Washington, DC) -- Xavier picked up an important Big East victory by going on the road and dumping number-22 Georgetown, 66-53, at the Verizon Center. Myles Davis led the way, posting 19 points and five assists for the Musketeers, who improved to 14-and-7 overall and 5-and-4 in conference. D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera tallied 13 points on 14 shots in the defeat. The Hoyas fell to 14-and-6 and 6-and-3.

>>Oklahoma State Upsets Baylor

Phil Forte scored 16 points and Oklahoma State upended 20th-ranked Baylor, 64-53, on Tuesday night.

Le'Bryan Nash had 13 points, Tavarius Shine netted 11 points on 3-of-3 shooting from 3-point range and Anthony Hickey dished out a career-high 10 assists in the win.

Lester Medford led the Bears (15-5, 3-4) with 13 points and Rico Gathers chipped in 11 points and 11 rebounds.

>>Vanderbilt Players Found Guilty Of Rape

(Nashville, TN) -- Two Vanderbilt football players are waiting sentencing after a jury found both guilty of rape. A Nashville jury found Cory Batey and Brandon Vandenburg guilty of all charges in a June 2013 campus rape. Two other defendants are still awaiting their trials. Sentencing is scheduled for March.
