(Chicago, IL) -- The Blackhawks will be back from the All-Star break to face the Kings tonight. The contest is the opener of a six-game road trip for Chicago, which will also visit Anaheim, San Jose, Minnesota, Winnipeg and St. Louis on the trek. The puck drops at 9:30.

(Uniondale, NY) -- Jaroslav Halak denied 40 of the 41 shots he faced to lead the Islanders to a 4-1 win over the Rangers at Nassau Coliseum. Mikhail Grabovski, Matt Martin, Ryan Strome and John Taveras had the goals for the Isles, who have won all three meetings with the rival Rangers this season. Carl Hagelin scored with 8.1 seconds left to end the shutout for the Blueshirts, who have been outscored 13-4 by the Isles this year. Henrik Lundqvist allowed all four goals on 38 shots in the setback.
