Pension Case Outcome Could Cost More Than Half-Billion Dollars A Year

If Illinois pension reform law being heard in the state Supreme Court next month is struck down, it will mean even more money being taken away from essential state services, according to one of the chief architects of the measure. Illinois News Network has more:

Attorneys representing the plaintiffs group are expect to respond to the state’s filing next week. The state Supreme Court’s expedited hearing is expected in March.
