Anthony F. Collins, 19, Clinton, was arrested for criminal trespass to vehicle, burglary, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 17-year juvenile old was also taken into custody and released to corrections pending a court appearance.

As with many of the car thefts officers deal with, the Chief points out they were burglaries to unlocked vehicles. Chief Lowers explains more often than not, burglars are after unlocked cars that provide them with easy access.
