Stars Roll Blues; Blackhawks Back Tonight

 width=Jamie Benn recorded a hat trick in the first two periods as Dallas cruised to a 4-1 win over St. Louis at the Scottrade Center. Benn scored twice in the first period and again on a power play in the second with Jason Spezza assisting on all three goals. Cody Eakin added a score in the first and Kari Lehtonen recorded 27 saves to give the Stars their fourth win in five contests. Patrik Berglund scored the lone goal for the Blues. Brian Elliott was yanked after just eight-plus minutes after allowing three goals on six shots. Jake Allen made 15 saves in relief as St. Louis saw its three-game winning streak end.
