The 'Hawks are 2-0-and-3 so far on the stand after Wednesday's 3-2 shootout loss to Detroit. They sit in third place in the Central Division with 75 points. The Avs are last in the division with 59 points.

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Blues host the Bruins tonight at Scottrade Center. It's the second of a four-game homestand for St. Louis. The Blues saw their three-game winning streak end with a 4-1 loss to Dallas on Tuesday. This is the fourth of a five-game road trip for Boston, which has lost five in-a-row.

(New York, NY) -- Alexandre Burrows and Radim Vrbata [[ ruh-DEEM ver-BOT-uh ]] each scored in the shootout as the Canucks beat the Rangers, 5-4, at Madison Square Garden. Vancouver trailed 4-3 in the third period when Henrik Sedin scored with two minutes left to tie the game. It was Sedin's second goal. Ryan Miller stopped 30-of-34 shots for the Canucks, who have won four of five. Rick Nash tallied his 36th goal of the season in the defeat. New York took a 4-3 lead in the third when Martin St. Louis and Carl Hagelin lit the lamp 21 seconds apart. Cam Talbot gave up four goals on 28 shots as the Rangers had a four-game winning streak come to an end.
