The Dewitt County Soil & Water Conservation District annual meeting is right around the corner.

This year's event is Friday at the Clinton Country Club with breakfast served and the annual meeting.

Topics at this week's meeting include the new Farm Bill, the Nutrient Reduction Strategy that is coming out soon, and funding to continue helping their customers. The SWCD will hold their annual elections.
