It was a chaotic Wednesday inside and outside the State Capitol in Springfield.
1,500 protesters turned out to protest Governor Rauner's proposed budget cuts impacting low income Illinoisans, including a $1.5 billion cut to the Medicaid program alone. Reverend Jamie Canty of the Morgan Park Pentecostal Church in Chicago, believes candidate Rauner and Governor Rauner are offering two different messages.

Protesters surrounded the Governor's office at the Capitol then some marched to the Executive Mansion to express their displeasure.
