Davis Says EPA is All Wet

Congressman Rodney Davis is celebrating the House passage of the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act. The bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to withdraw their current proposed rule to expand “waters of the United States” and develop a new proposal that takes into consideration more than one million public comments on the rule,. Davis says the EPA is moving too far, too fast without an open ear to those affected....

Davis says “If finalized, this rule would greatly expand the EPA’s authority giving federal officials the ability to regulate any water that flows or accumulates including water in farm ponds, meadows, and ditches.
