Republicans Sound Off On Dem's Budget Plans

Democrats at the State House are prepared to go ahead and pass a budget with little to no input from Republicans.

House Speaker Mike Madigan says they are prepared to spend about $36.3 billion for the upcoming fiscal year. That has left Republicans upset with the process they thought was moving forward with plenty of work being done behind the scenes. Rep. Tim Butler a Republican from Springfield says that Democrats are setting up to give an unbalanced budget to the Governor.
