The month of July arrives with a few new laws, one of them limits where you can light up a smoke on a college campus. Under the new law the only place you will be able to smoke is sitting in your car.

The American Lung Association applauds the new law, Kathy Drea says that schools have already been making the switch to keep students and workers healthier.

Next July the University of Illinois at Springfield is going to make their campus totally tobacco free. Outlawing the use of chewing tobacco and e-cigarettes.
