Comptroller Leslie Munger continues efforts to determine who gets paid if the state budget stalemate continues and who doesn't.
She is optimistic that workers who have to be paid under federal law will continue to get their full pay.

While talk about state worker compensation has focused on wages, Munger says it looks like a key benefit will roll on for state workers.

Ironically, Munger says her employees who are working to determine who cant get paid are expected to miss out on paychecks for the timebeing.
