This week we are seeking tips to locate Michael R. Russo (DOB 1/23/1990).  Russo failed to appear in court to face charges of Arson.  Michael R. Russo is a 25 year old white male that is five eight inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with Brown Hair and Green Eyes.  He was last known to live in the Clinton, IL/GrandRapids MI areas.  If you know the whereabouts of Michael R.
