In a rather slow Monday night Clinton City Council meeting, Clinton Police Chief Ben Lowers welcomed a new member to their staff.
Office Sean Crissey was sworn in as the latest officer join the force. Chief Lowers indicates Officer Crissey is a lateral transfer. Crissey has been on staff for roughly one week and the Chief indicates he is still in the training stages with the department.
