Millikin University has appointed Dr. J. Mark Munoz as the interim dean of the Tabor School of Business.

Dr. Munoz is currently the professor of management and international business. His appointment takes effect November 2.

Dr. Munoz has been with Millikin since 2001 and is a former Visiting Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is a recipient of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Teaching Excellence Award and in 2012, he was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar by the Academy of Global Business Advancement.

He has also written several books.

Dr. Munoz succeeds Dr. Susan M. Kruml, who will assume her duties as vice president of academic affairs at Midland University in Fremont, Neb., beginning Nov. 2.

Millikin University will conduct a comprehensive national search for the next dean of the Tabor School of Business.
